A5-A3 prints shipped in ​a sturdy card envelope with extra cardboard backing.

 

A2 and A1 prints shipped in ​a cardboard roll.

Please note that due to COVID-19: 

- Delivery times are slowly returning to normal. However, despite best efforts, some destinations are still subject to transit/delivery delays. This depends on your country’s current status. For your information, most of the postal services are still experiencing transit/delivery delays because of limited airline capacity, government restriction, important safety measures including physical distancing, employee absence (quarantine…), customs procedures, and the huge extra volume of packages every day… as a result of the pandemic. But they still working hard to collect, process, and deliver mail/parcels in unprecedented times. 

- Important delivery delays may occur to New Zealand (it can take more than 2 months), Australia, Israel (important delays to register and process international parcels), and China (in the following provinces: Shanghaï, Shandong, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu).

Returns
& Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds are only applicable where goods have arrived damaged, in which case photographic evidence will need to be seen before a refund can be processed.


Tracked delivery is recommended for all limited edition prints. As there is a limited number available it may not be possible to dispatch a replacement item should your delivery be lost in the post.
