A5-A3 prints shipped in ​a sturdy card envelope with extra cardboard backing.

A2 and A1 prints shipped in ​a cardboard roll. 

Your order will be sent to you within 5-7 days after it is placed unless notified otherwise.

 The customer is responsible for all costs related to returns shipment

DHL provides tracking subject to the destination country's postal service and if it supports tracking. So once your parcel is scanned into your country, it will be trackable through your local postal service (USPS for example) - monitoring it here can provide more detailed tracking updates.
